LN Petrochem's leadership brings together three distinct capabilities: defence operational experience, engineering excellence and global business acumen.

Mr. Amit Vashisht — Managing Director is a certified Runway Rejuvenation Specialist from California Pavement with expertise in runway resurrection and maintenance. He has been providing runway consultancy services to Defence and Private organizations since last 15 years. He leads our technology and execution capabilities. His specialised expertise in runway pavement rejuvenation and hands-on field experience are the foundation of our technical approach.

Mrs. Preeti Bhanot — Chief Executive Officer, an ISB graduate. In her last role, she was heading procurement of Pan India Indirect services for Bharti Airtel. Prior to that she has held senior positions in the finance domain at organizations like Airtel Digital and Shell. She brings with herself experience of working in various sectors like Telecom, Digital Businesses, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Insurance. She leads the company's strategic growth, operational excellence and alignment with global standards.

Mr. Vijay Vashisht — Chairman has guided the organisation since its founding, drawing on five decades of critical infrastructure experience in the defence sector. He is a technocrat with more than 4 decades of versatile experience of working on highly confidential and challenging projects like construction of underground structures, strengthening of bridges, etc. His standards of precision and accountability are embedded in everything we do.

Our organization is led by ex-bureaucrats and defence personnel. Mr SN Das retired as the Executive Director of AAI. Air Cmde Sanjive Dhaka retired as Principal Director Air Force Works. Mr RK Mittal retired as Joint DG, MES. Together they bring a vast body of experience in the field of airport runway maintenance.
